What area do you cover? 

I live in Crewe, so centrally located in South Cheshire, the CW1 to CW12 post codes are within easy reach. Helps keep costs down and reaction times quick. A win-win for all.  

Do you offer home visits? 

Definitely! The only way to offer this type of assistance is with you, the customer. In the comfort of your own space. Calmly taking time to work through whatever help is required. A lot of people feel embarrased about their lack of technical knowledge when there is no need to be. 

How much do you charge?

Prices start at £35 for upto 90minutes. So plenty of time to sit, relaxed and sort out what we need to. If we need to discuss additional services or charges we'll do so if and when required. No obligation just jargon-free technical advice. Advice is free of charge!

What devices do you help with?

PC's, laptops, tablets, I-Pad, smartphones (Android & Apple) printers, game consoles, landlines, digital voice, digital phones, sockets, extensions, ethernet wiring, hardwiring devices. Wi-Fi, mesh systems, wireless access points. Possibly some things not added, ask and i'll help if I can.

How quickly can you visit?

You can book via my website directly into my calendar at a date of your choosing, if that doesn't work for you give me a call and i'll fit you in ASAP.  I work Monday 8-5 and Saturday 8-12. They are not cast in stone, some customers require a different approach. I'm flexible to help you! No call centre, no robot, no chat bot. Just me, a person.

Do you help older people who aren't confident with technology?

This is my speciality. After 14 years working for the likes of BT, TalkTalk, Sky, EE I have refined a superb skill set of helping non-technical people understand their devices and how to use them for the task at hand. Jargon-free and friendly advice is the key to 14 years of happy customers. Can't say the same for your ISP though.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash! I have a sumup card reader for all card types, I have tap-to-pay on my phone.

Are you registered, am I safe?

I have ICO registration for Data Protection purposes, I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance, I have a DBS certificate, I am registered on Google Business and Trustpilot.
